A Christmas Carolby ~snakeart

THANK **** christmas is over. Nonetheless, this one was a cracker, a whole lot of fun.

This project was part of my graduation assignment: Viral Marketing. Developed from scratch and animated/build in flash later on.

Concept and How it works
The user uploads 3 photos of their own (or picks default ones) which get placed on top of three characters. The characters will perform a carol in a Charles Dickens setting build around a show-box, with objects sliding in and out along the performance. This includes singing (moving their mouths on lyrics) and dancing, which you can send through to friends, colleagues, family etc. With the slapstick/monthy python style of animation and humour it causes a lot of laughs.

This project, including a research on ' if Viral Marketing is a service that we should be providing to our customers' got me a spot at the design bureau i'm working at right now ([link]).

Very nice. I envy this a lot. Believe it or not I'm just now trying to get back into web dev after I burnt myself out on it making flash sites back in 2004! And I downloaded the demo and flash sure has changed for the better. So much easier now.

Good job bro, this very clean and has a lot of character to it.

Ja het is moest een kijkdoosgevoel hebben, oftewel niet al te realistisch en vrij plat

. Werkt zeker nog, heb hem alleen niet online, nogal wat mb's, kan hem nog wel eens sturen.
